Race Waiver

I hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.

All dog owners/handlers assume responsibility for any injury and/or death of a pet or person caused by their pet while participating in this event. Dog owners/handlers certify that their pet is free from infectious diseases and parasites, and has received proper vaccines. 

I also grant permission for the use of any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose.
