The latest in our series of sour ales, made with over 200# of pineapple and tangerine. This sour is made without hops, deriving most of its tart and flavor from carefully selected bacteria that are introduced during the brewing process.

Mexican Dark Lager

5.5% ABV - 25 IBU

After the Mexican War of Independence concluced in 1821, Austrian immigrants began settling in Mexico, bringing their Vienna-style lager recipes with them. The affinity for the style continued to grow for the next few hundred years.

​

Our modern day take on the Mexican style dark lager is crisp, with a gentle malty presence. If you're feeling extra festive, enjoy with a lime wedge.

American IPA

6.8% ABV - 68 IBU

 

At the height of the British empire in the late 1700’s, sailors and troops in India learned that the climate was too warm for brewing. Pale ales were made with extra hops and higher ABV to help preserve the beer during transport from England to India, and the style India Pale Ale was born.

 

Our West-Coast Style IPA is full-bodied, with hop-derived citrus and stone fruit flavors.
