The first beer we ever made, Gateway is. a crisp and refreshing ale that drinks like a pilsner. Just like our town of Bolivar is the 'Gateway to Tuscarawas County', this beer is a great gateway to craft beer.

STRAWBEERY

Fruited Ale

6.2% ABV - 22 IBU

The annual summer Bolivar Strawberry Festival served as inspiration for this crisp, clean ale with a slightly tart strawberry finish.

Andrew originally created this recipe as a homebrew, and would share it on his porch with friends and neighbors during the festival. These days, each batch is made with over 100 pounds of pure strawberry purée!

TART AT HEART

Blackberry sour

5.3% ABV - 0 IBU

 

Tart at Heart was our first in a series of sour ales, made with over 250# of puréed blackberries for a tart, refreshing finish. This sour is made without hops, deriving most of its tartness and flavor from carefully selected bacteria that are introduced during the brewing process.

Served in a 14 oz tulip glass.

SOLSTICE SELTZER

Solstice Seltzer is our crisp, refreshing, and effervescent answer to the dog days of summer … or to remind you of warm days when it’s cold! Brewed with dextrose (corn sugar) and cold-fermented, this seltzer is gluten free* and allowed to fully condition before blending with natural flavors.

 

*Produced in a facility with other products containing gluten.

Mexican Dark Lager

5.5% ABV - 25 IBU

 

After the Mexican War of Independence concluded in 1821, Austrian immigrants began settling in Mexico, bringing their Vienna-style lager recipes with them. The affinity for the style continued to grow for the next few hundred years. Our modern-day take on the Mexican-style dark lager is crisp with a gentle malty presence and a hint of lime. If you’re feeling extra festive, enjoy with a fresh cut lime garnish.

SPIRIT BURNER

Maple Brown Ale

5.25% ABV - 20 IBU

 

Spirit Burner is made with maple syrup harvested locally at Camp TuscaZoar. The camp is rich with beauty and history, encompassing nearly 800 acres used by scouts and the public for mountain biking, camping, hiking, and more.

Commemorating the camp's 100 year anniversary in 2020, this beer is named after their motto "Keep the Spirit Burning".

Bavarian Lager

Munich Dunkel is a light-bodied, dark lager from the Bavaria region of Southern Germany. Its most prominent character is the delicately roasted Munich malts, which are carefully balanced with Continental hops. The result is a crisp, clean, sessionable lager!

RUCKUS IPA

American IPA

6.8% ABV - 68 IBU

 

At the height of the British empire in the late 1700’s, sailors and troops in India learned that the climate was too warm for brewing. Pale ales were made with extra hops and higher ABV to help preserve the beer during transport from England to India, and the style India Pale Ale was born.

 

Our West-Coast Style IPA is full-bodied, with hop-derived citrus and stone fruit flavors.

Black Rye IPA

Low End Theory Black Rye IPA

is brewed with kiln-roasted

rye and barley malts before

adding loads of Cascade and

Centennial hops. The result is

a deliciously balanced beer

with bright, earthy, and roasty

flavors.

TWICE UPON
A TIME DIPA

Double IPA

9% ABV - 92 IBU

 

Twice Upon A Time is brewed with Pilsner and Honey Malts and fermented with Norweigan Kveik yeast...in addition to LOADS of Galaxy, El Dorado, Columbus, and Citra hops.

 

The yeast produce tons of tropical fruit-like esters, a result of high fermentation temperatures, which compliment the huge aromas imparted by the hops.

Above The Clouds is a hazy New England IPA brewed with loads of juicy Citra, Idaho 7, and El Dorado hops for a refreshing citrus ale.
