The first beer we ever made, Gateway is. a crisp and refreshing ale that drinks like a pilsner. Just like our town of Bolivar is the 'Gateway to Tuscarawas County', this beer is a great gateway to craft beer.

Bolivar's annual summer Strawberry Festival served as inspiration for this crisp, clean ale with a slightly tart strawberry finish. Andrew originally created this recipe as a homebrew, and would share it on his porch with friends and neighbors during the festival. These days, each batch is made with over 40 pounds of strawberry purée!
Wild Berry Seltzer

Solstice Seltzer is our crisp, refreshing, and effervescent answer to the dog days of summer... or to remind you of warm days when it's cold. Brewed with dextrose (corn sugar) and cold-fermented, this seltzer is gluten free* and allowed to fully condition before blending with natural berry flavors.

TART AT HEART

Tart at Heart is our first in a series of sour ales, made with over 250# of pureed blackberries for a tart, refreshing finish. This sour is made without hops, deriving most of it’s tart and flavor from carefully selected bacteria that are introduced during the brewing process.

nearly 40,000 Bavarians attended the party in Munich.

Mexican Dark Lager with Lime

After the Mexican War of Independence concluded in 1821, Austrian immigrants began settling in Mexico, bringing their Vienna-style lager recipes with them. The affinity for the style continued to grow for the next few hundred years. Our modern day take on the Mexican-style dark lager is crisp with a gentle malty presence and a hint of lime. Maple Brown Ale
5.25% ABV - 20 IBU
Spirit Burner is made with maple syrup harvested locally at Camp TuscaZoar. The camp is rich with beauty and history, encompassing nearly 800 acres used by scouts and the public for mountain biking, camping, hiking, and more.
Commemorating the camp’s 100 year anniversary in 2020, this beer is named after their motto "Keep the Spirit Burning".
4.5% ABV - 45 IBU
River Rider Session IPA is loaded with hop flavor and aroma. Sporting a 4.5% ABV, this sessionable IPA is the perfect companion beer for those long, relaxing summer days.

Our next Single Malt and Single Hop brew is made with pilsner malt and only El Dorado hops to showcase the tropical and stone fruit flavor imparted by the hops.

At the height of the British empire in the late 1700’s, sailors and troops in India learned that the climate was too warm for brewing. Pale ales were made with extra hops and higher ABV to help preserve the beer during transport from England to India, and the style India Pale Ale was born.
Our West-Coast Style IPA is full-bodied, with hop-derived citrus and stone fruit flavors.
